Full Terms & Fair-Play

• Scope: Guarantee applies to NailITcreative “Lead Flow Fast-Track” management fee and setup fee only, not media spend or third-party costs.
• Definition of ROI: “Made back your investment” means gross revenue attributed to NailITcreative-generated leads is ≥ your management and setup fee for the first 30 days of service.
• Attribution Window: Leads generated during days 1–30 and closed within 14 additional days count toward ROI.
• Tracking: Client agrees to transparent tracking via CRM (see below). Untracked deals can’t be counted.
• Operational Duties: Client must answer/return all calls, follow up within 1 business day, and schedule and complete onboarding call within 3 days.
• Exclusions: No-show estimates, unqualified work (outside target service area/scope), and cancelled jobs are excluded from ROI.
• Make-Good: If ROI isn’t achieved, NailITcreative continues management at no charge until ROI is reached for up to 30 additional days.
• Fair-Play Clause: If there’s material inconsistency in reported revenue, refusal to share tracking, or persistent failure to follow up leads, NailITcreative may suspend the guarantee and/or exit the agreement.

Tracking Setup

1. Form + UTM Capture: All forms capture source/medium/campaign and are pushed into NailITcreative's CRM (HubSpot) automatically.
2. Deal Tracking:
   • If client has their own job/CRM system: ROI is measured in that system, with NailIT granted read-only access (or synced into NailITcreative CRM via Zapier) to see closed job values.
   • If no system exists: A simple pipeline is provided in NailITcreative CRM. Client updates leads as “Won/Lost” with job value for ROI calculation.
3. Conversion Import: Offline conversions (won deals) are imported back into Google Ads or GA4 to tighten attribution and improve campaign optimisation.
